Gradlinc is the only South African graduate employment platform that enables credible, and credential verified graduates to connect to existing opportunities by bringing employers and graduates together on one national cloud-based platform.

The platform is built in such a way that employers’ job requirements are matched very specifically with the graduates’ skillset by means of a unique matching algorithm.

For tertiary institutions, Gradlinc finally offers a local solution that is tailored to the current context and graduate marketplace, that fully grasps the complex landscapes of these, and provides a much more affordable and comprehensive alternative to existing graduate recruitment platforms.

Lizane started her career in very different capacity - as a midwife. She completed a BCur degree in nursing at the University of Johannesburg and continued with a Master of Science degree (Nursing) at the University of Cape Town when she moved to the mother city. A couple of years ago she completed an MBA at Stellenbosch Business School and shifted her focus to startup ventures and that was where she joined the founding team of Gradlinc. She is passionate about the empowerment of the youth and equipping them with the necessary tools to have successful careers.

Pria also has a personal interest in shark conservation and actively supports various groups dedicated to protecting sharks.

His experience in acquiring customers makes him ideal for the KAM position at Gradlinc. Khanyisa likes to run and play community club rugby in his spare time.
